Every time I do this I find great new friends so I thought I would do it again in hopes of finding some cool new friends :)
I'm a single stay at home mom. I went through a very messy divorce this past June. My ex is a dramatic movie in the works, if you add me you can learn more. I have three children: a 10-year-old daughter, a 9-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. I love my kids but I'm not afraid to admit that most of the time they drive me crazy. Anyone who says differently would be lying. Yes I love my kids but there is more to be than being a mother.
I am bluntly honest. I have no inner monologue. Sometimes this gets me into trouble. My livejournal friends have told me they love this about me, but some people can't handle it because you know, obviously they must be close minded and afraid of the truth....and as for those people, I don't care.. There's no sugar coating anything in my journal. I tell it like it is, like it or not. You'll find that I am an open book, there's no question I won't answer and nothing that freaks me out or scares me away.
My journal is random.... You never know what you're going to get. I discuss a wide variety of things from my family, life, drugs, self injury, depression, total bullshit, project 365, I post things from whats going on with my kids, to whats going on with me, or how I want to twist my ex into a pretzel and more. I refuse to censor myself on the one thing I have where I can be myself. I won't change for anyone. I did that for too many years and I refuse to be a doormat anymore.
I suffer from depression, anxiety, agoraphobia and countless other things. I try to be positive but some days its hard. Most of my 'good' friends are online because people tend to be extremely stuck up where I live so I avoid them. Most of my IRL friends are friends I have had my entire life or more than half of it.
Hobbies? What are those? Seriously though I don't do much besides things online- livejournal, twitter, youtube. I love to read but have to be in the mood and then I'll read like 5 books in a week. I like to shop when the stores are empty so I don't have to deal with crowds. I love makeup so most of my play money goes there.

I love to read and libraries seem to calm my nerves. Working and going to school, working on my bachelors for Business Administration. Just trying to make my life worthwhile.
I post about everything in my life. It's been told that is complicated, and sometimes confusing, so that's a warning. I have anxiety and paranoia, so sometimes I'm all over the place! I especially post a lot when I'm having an episode, be it depression or extreme happiness.

I'm Michelle, and I find it necessary to let you know that everytime I post something like this I picture myself giving a little intro speech for AA or something. But no, I don't drink or do drugs anymore.
Getting back on topic, I've always lived in Illinois. And it's not like Chicago or anything exciting, I live in Belleville which is in southern Illinois. And no, I don't know why I'm going into detail on this instead of saying St Louis like I usually do. I'd kind of like to move to Arizona, but I'm not sure if I could stand the heat in the summer. Maybe someday though.
I don't have an exciting life. I'm a total nerd in almost any way possible. I love marching band, video games, and reading. And I take German. The best classic video game console is Super Nintendo, and if you want to argue that you better have some good points. The books I read don't really have anything in common. I love all the Harry Potter books, and before the movie I actually enjoyed the first book in the Twilight series. They just got worse and worse as they went on. Right now I'm reading Darkly Dreaming Dexter because I love the show Dexter and figured the books are usually better so why not. I don't usually stay hooked on TV shows, but I absolutely love Queer As Folk, Dexter, and House.
I literally would have no life without music. I probably wouldn't even have any friends. I've played trombone for five years and love it. A lot of people whine about having a competitive marching band, but I think it's awesome. A lot of people say that they listen to every kind of music without meaning it, but I honestly enjoy almost everything. I'm a big metalhead, but I also listen to hip hop, rap, classical, techno, sometimes opera, jazz, and even some pop. But generally various types of rock. Don't ask me to pick a favorite band because it won't happen. And yes, I do listen to that annoying metal with double bass peddles and people screaming.
I feel like I've rambled enough which I tend to do a lot. I'll pretty much add anyone even if you seem like someone who would annoy me at first. I'm open. Common interests get you bonus points. I post about my days when it's something that I feel like remembering, otherwise it's random things I feel like discussing. And yes, I comment despite the fact that I have to sit for ten minutes and think of something to say.

I'm no stranger to livejournal, although it's been about a year since I last had one, and I missed it, so here I am with a new one for the new year.
My interests are widely varied. I'm a real big music fanatic, and I spend a lot of time finding new artists and going to shows--although no one ever wants to tour through St. Louis, which is crap. Right now I really like Florence and the Machine, Orenda Fink, and Kids of 88. But I'll listen to anything once. I like a boatload of movies, especially anything with Gary Oldman in it, whom I have a bit of an obsession with, haha.

I'm no stranger to livejournal, although it's been about a year since I last had one, and I missed it, so here I am with a new one for the new year.
My interests are widely varied. I'm a real big music fanatic, and I spend a lot of time finding new artists and going to shows--although no one ever wants to tour through St. Louis, which is crap. Right now I really like Florence and the Machine, Orenda Fink, and Kids of 88. But I'll listen to anything once. Oh, why hello there! My name is Luisa, I'm seventeen years old, I live in the Metropolitan Detroit area, and I don't believe in anything but the basic goodness of all of mankind. I like to post poems and stories about my little adventures in life. Lately I've been trying to update every day, but we'll see how long that lasts. I live in Whiting Indiana. No, I don't live on a farm. Chicago is almost walking distance from where I live.
I have an amazing boyfriend of five years who is my best friend.
I'm pregnant and due FEB 17. Which is right around the corner..it's exciting, but pretty scary. It was deffinitly a surprise and although now might not be the best time for a baby, we're making it work.
I still live at home and I'm slowly working my way though college.
I'm a music and movies kind of gal..also a fan of video games.
Musical tastes includes: Alkaline Trio, Bayside, Mayday parade, Social Distortion, Gym class heros, and country music..yep...country music. There of course are many more bands on my list, but I won't go on and on.
Movies: I love horror movies, they're my favorite. Other then that I'm a big fan of Kevin Smith or whatever catches my eye.
Video games: Anything with Mario! :-D Resident evil, fatal frame, My sims, ect.
I have a kitty that I adore more then most things. He's my first baby. I love ice cream. In fact I'm a manager at Dairy Queen (for now). My friends have pretty have disapeared from my life, and it sucks, but I'm glad to have my boyfriend. And I'm just your average 22 year old girl trying to get by in the world!!
